Traditionally yoga was taught on a one to one basis and one to one yoga classes are still the best way to really bring yoga into your life and see it make a difference.
Every student is different and being taught individually allows the teacher to meet you where you are and work with you to create a unique practice which meets your individual needs, interests and physical ability. It allows you to progress in a way which is most beneficial for you personally.
Generally the one to one student meets with their teacher monthly perhaps more frequently to begin with and will need to do their practice at home - usually around 20 to 40 minutes, to suit the time you have available - at least three times a week to see results.
Each individual class lasts for an hour to an hour and half and the fee is £25.
